They come with a 10 year manufacturer's warranty and allow for faster startup, stop, change speeds and reversing and are extremely quiet. The CP48D10N Industrial Ceiling Fan must be installed with the Model RREM-DCQ014-W 5-Speed Reversible controller that is sold separately. This controller can operate from 1- 5 ceiling fans and uses 120V power.
