Citrus Base Cleaner works to remove grease, oil, ink and other adhesives. It cleans without streaking and has a fresh citrus scent. The cleaner can also be used in some cases to degrease substrates for adhesive bonding in place of many chlorinated or petroleum based solvents. In many cases, however, the cleaner will not substitute for etching or similar substrate preparation. The Citrus Base Cleaner is not for retail/consumer sale or use in California and other states.
